Popular Mechanics Shop Notes compendium magazine was published over 19 year, one issue every year.  The first volume was published in 1905 with one, new volume published every year until 1923.  In all, 19 volumes were published to complement the wildly successful Popular Mechanics Magazine. Each issue was introduced as a collection of articles, describing an "Easy Ways to Do Hard Things of Daily Use to Every Mechanic". 

Contained on this CD are 12 of those issues that have been digitized for eternal preservation.  Great for research, school projects, scrapbooking, or any fan of Popular Mechanics.  The old time ads in the magazines are almost as interesting as the articles themselves.
