American Woodworking Machinery was
created in 1897 as a result of a merger of 11 companies in
the industry. The resulting company had bragging
rights as the nation's largest woodworking manufacturer.
The company put out several training books on how to use
their equipment as a professional. Their books were
used in vocational schools to train young woodworkers and
those wanting to get into carpentry as a field.
This DVD-ROM disk contains several publications, training
manuals, and catalogs from American Woodworking Machinery. This collection on
DVD, contains 16 publications
in PDF format.
Please note that this collection contains scans of old books and
magazines, some
of which were in poor condition before being rescued and digitized for
posterity. This means that you may see some pages with creases
and tears that show up in the scans.
