Short Wave
Craft was a
specialty title from Hugo Gernsback, focused on the new experimental
interest area of short-wave reception and ham/amateur hobby work. This
magazine tended to be even more about the technical aspects of making
and building than his other sci/tech titles.
By 1937 it had
morphed into Short Wave & Television and In October, 1938 the magazine
changed name to Radio & Television and continued on for another three
yeas under that name. It was then folded into Radio Craft.
This collection DVD
includes 125 vintage, hard to find, issues in PDF format, covering the
years 1930 through 1941. These issues are so hard to find, that
one hard cover copy will cost you many times more than the cost of this
DVD. Why pay all that money when you can have them all in digital
format? Each issue is about 70-100 pages.
