Learn how to speak Albanian
Albanian, meaning "Albanian
language", is an independent branch of the Indo-European
language family spoken by over 5 million people, primarily
in Albania, Kosovo and the Republic of Macedonia but also in
other areas of Southern Europe in which there is an Albanian
population, including Montenegro and the Preševo Valley of
southern Serbia. It is the official language of Albania and

found scattered in Croatia (the Arbanasi), Greece (the
Arvanites and some communities in Epirus, Western Macedonia
and Western Thrace), Italy (the Arbëreshë in Southern Italy,
